Responsibility: All the Products are at your own risk/responsibility for FIRE. THEFT, RIOTS, Electrical Problems,Data Crash, Physical Damage and other contingencies
Please place orders with Valid Purchase Order in Company Letter head/valid email . No verbal confirmation is accepted.
The client to use the equipment supplied only for legal & lawful use.
We Rent / lease only hardware by default with Ubuntu only . No preloaded software will be given by default.

The company is only responsible for the equipment supplied and not for any Software related problems. SOFTWARE, INTERNET & VIRUS related problems would not be the company’s responsibility. If any equipment of Systral is seized for piracy of software the client is responsible to pay the amount of the Equipment .
All our machines will be maintained by us only. Only hardware related problems will be attended. Service Calls related to data, viruses or software will be charged @ Rs.250/-per call. The Computer should not be shifted / opened / service for whatsoever reason by the customer without permission in writing from Systral . Any call logged as Hardware Call and found a software related call will be charged @ Rs.250/-. Loss caused to the system due to handling by unauthorized person will have to be compensated by the client immediately.
We reserve the right to take back our material without notice in the event of any breach of the terms & conditions as enumerated herein. In such event, it is understood that the customer shall not obstruct our entry in the premises for the said purpose during any day.
Any physical damage/burnt devices will be charged extra at actuals
